Clear Bag Policy

VENUE BAG POLICY NOW IN EFFECT 

Guests may carry a small clutch bag no larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″ or one clear plastic/vinyl bag no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. This policy is now a requirement for all events at Spokane Public Facilities District venues. Visit firstinterstatecenter.org for details.

Authorized Ticket Sellers

For ticket purchases and reliable information about shows, tickets, and pricing, use only authorized sites: BroadwaySpokane.comTicketsWest.com, or FirstInterstateCenter.org. 

Tickets purchased from other websites or sellers may not be valid. Additional information.

Mobile Tickets

Remember to download your digital tickets through the email you received when you ordered!  Click here for information and instructions.

Digital tickets purchased for individual events are sent by email shortly after purchase. Tickets are sent to the email address associated with your account from Orders@TicketsWest.com

Canceled Performances

In the rare event that a peformance must be canceled, ticket holders will be notified by email as early as possible. Please note that in the case of emergency cancellations, information may not be available until a short time before the performance was scheduled to begin.

Refunds will be issued automatically for any CANCELED performances.

For RESCHEDULED performances, tickets will be honored for the same seating on the new dates. Please wait until new dates are announced before requesting refunds if you are unable to attend the new date.

Children Attending Shows

Unless noted otherwise, children must be at least age 3 or over to attend STCU Best of Broadway performances, as very young children may not be able to sit through the entire performance and/or may make noise that can disrupt the show and disturb other patrons.

ALL PATRONS, REGARDLESS OF AGE MUST HAVE A TICKET FOR ADMITTANCE.  Some shows contain mature content, language, or themes. See individual event web pages on this site for content advisories and age recommendations.

Dress Code

There is not a specific dress code for STCU Best of Broadway events. You will see a wide range of dress at most events. Please wear what is comfortable to you and respectful to others.

Exchanges and Show Swaps

Exchanges and Show Swaps are available for Season Ticket holders only.

Season Tickets can be EXCHANGED for a different date and time of the same show. Exchange online at BroadwaySpokane.com or call 800.438.9705.

SHOW SWAPS allow season ticket holders to swap tickets from one show to another within the same season. Subject to availability. Request by email: SeasonTix@BroadwaySpokane.com. Some shows may not be eligible for show swaps. Price differences may apply. NEW for 2024-25: Two show swaps per season!

Inclement Weather

Check road conditions and leave time for travel. Performances will start at scheduled times.

Nearby Restaurants and Hotels

Many restaurants from casual to formal are within walking distance of the theater. See a list on our Nearby Restaurants pagePlan ahead to arrive at the theater at least 20 minutes before show time!

Theater Box Office Hours

The box office at the First Interstate Center for the Arts is open on show days from 10am until curtain to assist you with replacement tickets, additional tickets, and other ticketing needs The box office is located directly across the breezeway from the main theater entrance. Bring photo I.D. to pick up tickets.

Theater Location and Parking

The First Interstate Center for the Arts is located in downtown Spokane at 334 W Spokane Falls Blvd. Directions and Nearby Parking.

River Park Square offers convenient covered parking and dining options just four blocks from the theater.

Theater Opening Time

Lobby doors open one hour prior to curtain. Arrive at least 25 minutes before curtain for shorter entry lines.

The auditorium generally opens for seating 30 minutes prior to showtime.

Ticket Refunds

Unless a show is canceled or rescheduled, ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable. Refunds are not issued when a ticket holder chooses not to attend or is unable to attend. 

  • Refunds will be issued automatically if a performance is canceled.
  • For rescheduled performances, tickets will be honored for the same seating on the new dates. Please wait until new dates are announced before requesting refunds if you are unable to attend the new date.
  • WestCoast Entertainment cannot refund tickets purchased through secondary ticket sellers. If you purchased tickets from a party other than WestCoast Entertainment or TicketsWest, please contact that seller directly.
